Shipping, delivery, and returns policy
All transactions on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD$).
Please note that we have different shipping times for blueberry plants and pest control products versus bareroot trees and so you will not receive these product types together. We only sell bareroot fruit trees and ornamentals – not potted trees. No orders of these plants will be shipped before the listed shipping dates for these products.
Shipping charge: All of our plants are shipped in specially designed boxes that hold one or two plants. The shipping rates are charged per box regardless of whether you order one or two plants.

Blueberries, figs, and pomegranates are mailed via Australia Post and you can use a PO Box or physical address for delivery. These orders are shipped the following Monday after your order has been placed. In the instance that there is a public holiday on Monday in QLD/NSW/VIC, your order will be shipped on Tuesday.
If at any time this is not possible you will be notified of any unreasonable delay. We use Australia Post Standard Parcel delivery rates, which are included in the price of these plants.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
NOTE FROM AUSPOST:
From 5 October, parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will be updated about their parcel with digital notifications. If we’ve been unable to deliver, we’ll let these customers know via the Australia Post app, email or SMS.
Their first notification will let them know that we tried to deliver and the reason why it couldn’t be completed. The second notification will be sent once their item is ready to be collected from either a post office or nearby collection point.
Paper cards will still be left as usual for customers who don’t have a MyPost account.
For more information please visit the Auspost website and if in doubt, please contact your Auspost depot.
We dispatch tree orders in June, July and August (actual shipment dates vary each year and are advised on the website and below).
All bareroot fruit tree orders are sent via independent couriers. Please allow 7-9 days for delivery, particularly if you are located in a remote area. If you provide an email address you will be sent a tracking number.
Please note that trees are dug by our nursery in bulk and it is not possible to select trees individually for a customer order.
WE CANNOT SHIP TREES TO A PO BOX. PLEASE USE A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
Pest control products are shipped as soon as possible by our team after your order has been placed.
Trap kits, netting, and DacGel are sent with AusPost tracking (or occasionally an independent courier for netting products).
Replacement pheromones are shipped in a standard envelope without tracking.
Please inform PlantNet® if you do not receive your order after 1 week of placing it, via email.
We do not ship plants to NT, TAS and WA due to state plant quarantine restrictions.
Many of our plant varieties are available directly from retail stockists in TAS and WA, please refer to our stockists list for retailers closest to you.
Replacement and refund policy
We guarantee the quality of our plants. Please check your plants on arrival, we will replace or refund (if they cannot be replaced) any plants that are damaged on arrival. You need to let us know by email or phone as soon as possible, and supply photo evidence to us, via email.
For bareroot trees, please contact us directly (P: 07 3491 9905 or E: info@plantnet.com.au) if your tree/s do not come out of dormancy within an expected timeframe (this will vary depending on the variety and your planting location).
