Maestro Mandarin®
Available from retail stockists Self-pollinating
Variety Nouvelle
Available as full size fruit trees in Western Australia.
Dwarf and full sized soon available in VIC, SA, and NSW.
Maestro Mandarin® is a must have for the Australian home gardener. This is a great variety producing large, easy to peel, low seeded fruit with lightly textured, thick skin. It has the sweetest tasting, juicy flesh of any mandarin.
If grown in exclusion from other mandarin varieties so it does not receive cross pollination, Maestro Mandarin will be completely seedless. The fruit of Maestro Mandarin will hang on the tree for longer periods due to the high juice content.
